Greetings, I'm Ryan Craddolph, proudly serving as the head coach for the 12U Blue team. My coaching journey began at Irvine High School during the 2019-2020 season, setting the stage for my passion for coaching.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic led me to the discovery of Pros Vision, where I developed an intense affection for skills training. Over the past four years, I've dedicated my efforts to training and assisting players, ranging from beginners to professionals. Notably, I've had the privilege of working with and contributing to the development of players like Palo and Chet.

When it comes to basketball, I find immense joy in watching players like Kyrie, LeBron, and Steph in action. My go-to hoop shoe has always been Kobe's for that extra edge on the court. As for my list of all-time greats, it goes like this: Cole, Drake, Kendrick, Kobe, LeBron, and Jordan.
